In-stock Products Return Policy
- We accept unused products return within 30 days after customer receive it.
- We only accept unused full box products return. The products should be all new and in good condition with original packaging.
- We do NOT accept left over sheets returns.
Custom Products Return Policy
- Custom made products can not be returned because it is made as per your exact requirements.
- Only when there’s quality issue for your custom-made order, we can accept it.
Return Procedures
- Please read our return policy before you want to start a return.
- If your products compliance our policy, you may contact us for a return.
- Please send us some photos to show the tiles and the package you are going to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you our warehouse address.
- Please send us a tracking number after you ship the products back.
Refund
- Generally, we will issue a refund within 72 hours after we receive your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We cannot provide refunds for tiles that are broken in return transit.
